The parental consent form must be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian and
brought on the day when playing at Action Paintball Games' Rouse Hill field.
If all players are under 18, a parent/guardian must remain on site whilst participants
are playing.
All players must complete and sign a waiver form before being processed.
18+ players must bring photo ID and fill out an 18+ waiver form
